The white wedding bouquets are now considered suitable only for classical traditional weddings or for truly natural and innocent pure brides who want to keep it really authentic and rigorous. But the white color does not advantage all the brides, especially not those who have a light whitish skin tone.
The white color will only make them look paler, faded and perhaps ill! And this is not a good way to start your marriage. The yellow color is charming, splendid, enchanting and softer to the eye than other vibrant hot and trendy modern colors that are nowadays incorporated in bridal bouquets.
The yellow color brings up many symbols and significations that you might want to consider before saying “no” to this type of bouquet. Yellow is associated with everything that means glamour, sparkle, happiness, cheerfulness, optimism, good disposition and mood, inspiration, femininity, grace, light, brightness, divinity, elegance, extravagance, sophistication, intrigue, attractiveness, exoticism, intuition, innocence, youth and sensuality. As you can see from these pictures, the white and yellow tropical wedding bouquet does not looks at all strident, pompous, ostentatious and heavy on the eye.

It all depends on what shade of yellow you decide to use, a light paler tone or a darker one. Among the most popular types of flowers that are available in yellow we mention: roses, tulips, carnations, calla lilies, orchids, plumerias, hibiscus, ranunculus, marigolds, chrysanthemums, gerbera daises, dahlias, sunflowers, Black Eyed Susan, freesias, gladiolas, hydrangeas, irises, narcissuses, lilies of the valley or zinnias. You can always add more color to this bouquet if you find it too light, too luminous and too pale perhaps. Green, blue, pink, orange, brown, black or purple are a few examples of other contrasting and complementary colors that go well with yellow and white.
