Peony Bud Wedding Flower Bouquets

We know there are many peony flower admirers out there among modern brides who are planning a gorgeous wedding. These pretty unique and loveable types of flowers can work best with delicate spring time weddings and with hot summer weddings too. Compared to other types of flowers that are available for weddings today, peonies are definitely very suitable and wonderful. They have many qualities that make them a top flower choice for many modern brides or couples today.

The ruffled petals and their lavish romantic blooms make peonies among the most feminine, elegant and charmingly sweet flowers appropriate for a beautiful and unique wedding. It doesn’t matter what type of wedding you are planning, as long as you adapt or arrange the stems according to the exact formality, theme or season and venue of the event.

In this article we are going to talk about peony bud wedding flower bouquets hopefully the following pictures will help you make yourself an overall image in your head on what these flowers mean or look like when unbloomed yet. We thought that this subject is interesting, especially for brides who are fans of peonies. We are looking forward to hear what your opinions or suggestions are on these ones. One of those qualities of which we were talking about above about peonies is that these flowers look stunning both bloomed and unopened. Brides are free to choose the best type of peony that they find more suitable for their own wedding or look. Of course, there are advantages on both sides, although those who decide to go with a peony bud wedding flower bouquet can benefit of a more resistant or “durable” bouquet on the ceremony. Peonies are fragile, delicate and soft flowers which open very fast and don’t last for long. So, if you wish the bouquet to look fresh and “whole” on the day you can go for unopened peony buds which will bloom during the wedding reception. This way the whole arrangement will be easier to preserve of keep alive after the wedding is finally over.

The vibrant colors of peonies make the buds look just as impressive and attractive as the blooms! So you don’t have to worry that your bouquet won’t look as charming and impressive as one composed of bloomed peonies. Among the most fascinating and popular types of colors that are available for these precious types of flowers we mention: the pink palette – with blush pink, coral pink, magenta, hot pink or fuchsia, the purple palette – with lavender, lilac, mauve, violet, plum or aubergine and burgundy, red, yellow, orange or peach.

Choose any of these fabulous natural colors for composing a marvelous peony bud wedding flower bouquet to love and to hold forever These wonderful magical flowers look also ravishing when combined with other stems or blooms that look more or less alike, such as: anemones, ranunculuses, gardenias, roses, tulips, carnations, dahlias, hydrangeas, calla lilies, narcissuses, hibiscuses, freesias, sweet peas, orchids, magnolias or chrysanthemums and amaryllises.

Peonies are just great and I must say that choosing them for creating a wedding flower bouquet sounds great. They look amazing but the truth is that they do not last very long and it might be risky to choose only this kind of flowers when creating the flower arrangements…Yes, we can go with peony buds if we actually consider this to be a solution but we must always combine them with other great flowers that can be preserved even better….the first picture looks quite nice…and you are right, peonies actually look great both when they are just buds and when they are bloomed…. So, yes, I would surely include them into a wedding flower bouquet!
