What really matters is to have a wedding theme for everything you plan to look matching and coherent. You can’t think of a modern weeding and not mention a wedding theme, central motif or general idea that is to be repeated in any corner of the wedding ceremony place or reception hall. A modern wedding flower pattern must be respected by matching and mixing two, three, four or how many types, shapes and colors you would like to complement your wedding day.

A modern wedding is a wedding where the bride’s dress and bouquet suits perfectly with the whole wedding decoration: flower centerpieces, table settings, wedding cake or bridesmaid’s dresses. To imagine how much we mean when we refer to a specific solid weeding theme, sometimes the flower motif decorations represent a selection, a copy or a perfect imitation of the bridal dress. Everything has to look very well combined and assorted for the wedding to gain a central line and a perfect outline.
The bride’s modern bouquet has to exclude any old-fashionable design, such as the cascades and nosegays are. You have to avoid as well using tiny ribbons with lots of knots and lace wraps. You can always replace that with tulle wrappings for a modern unique wedding bouquet. For a trendy look you can ask your florist to create your bouquet in a hand-tied fashionable way, or you can do it yourself. Geometrical designs, shapes and lines are extremely trendy and adored by most of modern brides. Shapes and forms are very important in a modern wedding theme because it can easily emphasize the wedding decoration pattern.
We don’t dare to say that there are flowers considered to be old-fashioned, but some modern brides try to stay away from the boring traditional wasted roses. But there are some exceptions when choosing unusual types and colors of roses.

For a modern bridal bouquet or décor you can use roses in two colors. But burnt orange roses or purple roses are very vogue. “Hanging” flowers are very fashionable as well: Calla Lilies, orchids, parrot tulips, freesia, amaryllis, horsetail bamboo or other fresh and long flowers. Other modern wedding flowers can be found in exotic countries and tropical regions as well. Anything unusual, unworn till now is trendy. Metallic jewel colored flowers look very extravagant and fashionable too.
