The woman at the counter overheard our conversation and she said she might have the solution for my sister’s problem. She showed us a product called Dermablend. It is a full body foundation that was created to hide major imperfections such as stretch marks and could also be used to effectively hide tattoos as well. She told us it would be great for the day of the wedding to hide the tattoo because it was made to cover larger surfaces.
My sister was a bit hesitant about the idea because weddings lasts for a long time and she was afraid that the foundation would fade or worse yet get on her wedding dress. The woman told us that this wouldn’t happen, because when the product is used together with the setting powder it becomes smudge-resistant and also water-resistant. We also found out that the product comes with a SPF 15 that would protect her skin from the harmful rays of the sun. She showed us the shades that the product is available in and we quickly found one that was perfectly matched to my sister’s skin tone and we tested it on the tattoo. We were both very pleased with the results so she bought the product.
I have to admit that after this experience it was a lot easier to find the right flowers because she was so much more relaxed as she solved this problem that was really weighing on her mind. In the end she decided on lilies for her bouquet and she chose white daisies for the floral arrangements so that they would match her bouquet. The bouquets of the bridesmaids were also made up of daisies. I was glad that we could share this experience together and so happy that my sister’s wedding turned out to be so beautiful.
